Community Outreach

In order to fully realize our potential, we anticipate the elevation of brand awareness of the Group in the region, through community outreach, will have a transformative impact on the Foundation’s activities. Which is why we at Prince Foundation, encouraged our larger family at Prince Group to participate in sustainable programs that will create a long term societal impact.

In February 2021, along with the employees from Prince Holding Group and Canopy Sands Development, we distributed care packages to 500 families living at Ong village in Prey Nob district, Cambodia. Each care package contained 25 kilograms of rice, one mat, one blanket, two pillows, one mosquito net and one Khmer Krama (traditional scarves woven in the countryside). Over the course of the aid campaign, management from Prince Group liaised with Mr. Sor Kakada, District Chief for Prey Nob, to better understand the needs of residents as basic medical facilities are not readily available.

In the same year, Ms. Chutth Chenda, a Cambodian employee of Prince Real Estate, secured 1st place in the Cambodia ASEAN Chairmanship logo design competition organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (“MFAIC”). Chenda was one of four Prince employees who took part. Ms. Chenda’s winning logo design was officially announced on 28 October by MFAIC when Cambodia symbolically took over the ASEAN chairmanship from Brunei at an official ceremony.
